Founder
Zack Steinbach is the founder of SOOCI Apparel. At 22 years old, he has served in the United States Marine Corps, earned a Bachelor’s degree in Intelligence Studies, and is currently continuing his education in graduate school. He is also a Nationally Registered Emergency Medical Technician and grew up showing cattle on his family’s farm.
Zack started SOOCI Apparel in the beginning of 2024 from the closet of his barracks room while serving in North Carolina. Now based in Madison, Wisconsin, he is passionate about creating opportunities for people to pursue their passions and become part of a strong community centered around growth, ambition, and adventure.
Director of Volunteer Operations
Stephen serves as the Director of Volunteer Operations for the Give Back Initiative, overseeing volunteer programs and community service efforts.
Originally from Kansas, Stephen served in the United States Marine Corps and is currently pursuing an engineering degree in Madison, Wisconsin. He has participated in humanitarian relief efforts in North Carolina and Florida following Hurricanes Helene and Milton, helping communities recover from major natural disasters. In addition to his domestic service work, Stephen has also been involved in international humanitarian aid initiatives.
Service has been a consistent part of Stephen’s life. Having volunteered since childhood, he is passionate about creating opportunities for others to make a meaningful impact in their communities and helping those facing hardship wherever assistance is needed.
Run Club Director
At 20 years old, Guerman is pursuing a career as a firefighter-paramedic and is currently preparing for his first Ironman in 2027. He enjoys hiking, biking, and surfing. Some might call him a core lord, but that’s a title he’ll never claim for himself.
He is passionate about fitness and personal growth, he loves helping others push past their limits and achieve results they didn’t think were possible. Whether he’s organizing a group run, planning a club event, or motivating someone through a tough workout, he’s always looking for ways to build a stronger and more connected community.
