SOOCI Return and Refund Policy

We want you to feel confident in your SOOCI purchase. We accept eligible return requests within 30 days of receiving your order.

Return eligibility

To qualify for a return, your item must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and in the same condition you received it, with its original tags and packaging. A receipt, order confirmation, or other proof of purchase is required.

How to start a return

Email contact@soociapparel.com with your order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason for your return.

If your return is approved, we’ll provide a return shipping label, the return address, and instructions for sending your item back. Please do not send items back before contacting us and receiving return approval.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, email contact@soociapparel.com as soon as possible with your order number and photos showing the issue. We’ll review the situation and work with you to make it right.

Items that cannot be returned

We do not accept returns for:

• Items that have been worn, washed, used, or altered.

• Custom or personalized products.

• Sale items.

• Gift cards.

These exclusions do not limit any rights you have under applicable law, including rights relating to damaged, defective, or incorrect items.

Exchanges

To exchange an eligible item for a different size, color, or product, request a return for the original item and place a separate order for the replacement. Replacement items are subject to availability.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you whether your refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days of approval. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to post the refund.

Consumer rights

This policy does not limit any cancellation, return, refund, or warranty rights provided by applicable law. Where those rights differ from this policy, applicable law takes precedence.
